The first time I got in touch with Call Center Business was in form of a student job during my studies of Business Administration in Nuernberg, where I was a Call Center Agent at Quelle Call Center GmbH, working in the team of a famous home shopping channel.

I have passed several career steps since that time, but I have never lost sight of the proximity to customers.

Today I am a hands on Senior Manager, an experienced entrepreneurial personality who achieved huge expertise in Customer Experience, familiar with complex processes and IT solutions.
